Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once you place your order, please allow 4–7 business days for us to carefully package and ship it out. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping & Tracking

• All orders are shipped with USPS. Most arrive within 1–3 business days once they leave us, depending on your location.

• You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

• International orders may take longer to arrive.

Pre-Orders

Sometimes we release items on pre-order so you can reserve them before they officially arrive.

• Pre-order items typically ship within 3–5 weeks.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are available.

• Pre-orders are charged at checkout to hold your spot.

• Because these items are made specially for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We do everything we can to make sure your order gets packaged with care and handed off quickly. Once it’s with USPS, the delivery process is out of our hands.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, please reach out to USPS to file a claim.

• We’ll gladly share any details we have on our end, but USPS is the final carrier responsible for making sure your package arrives.

Limitation of Liability

Crushing Cancer Collective is not responsible for issues that happen after your order has shipped. This includes delays, damages, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but left unattended. Once your order leaves our facility, it’s the customer’s responsibility to track and follow up directly with the shipping carrier if problems come up.
