Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel good about what you ordered from us. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and exchanges work at Crushing Cancer Collective:

General Terms

  • All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds.

  • Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

  • Store credits are issued as an e-gift card and can be used on any future order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on your order or the item arrives damaged.

Condition of Returns

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or visible wear

  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

Any items not meeting these requirements will be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pre-orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (hats, headwear, totes, mugs, etc.)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to make the exchange if the item is in stock. If it’s not available, you’ll receive store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at Info@CrushingCancerCollective.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges or store-credit returns.

  • Please ship returns in secure packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
